this review is strictly about the service department, NOT the sales department.

i'm a girlie girl.  i know nothing about how servicemen at dealers SHOULD be.  i will say each time i've had to come here (and i only come here for things covered under my warranty), the men who help me are very nice.  my car is always washed when i get it back.  aw......  

there's a shuttle service (usually a BMW) that drops you off at work/home while you wait for your car.  

there's a coffee shop, bakery, large waiting area w/tables, TVs and wi-fi access.  (MUCH nicer than puente hills VW.)

mckenna VW is on the same lot as mckenna porsche, bmw & audi, so you can check out all the fancy cars while you wait for your little VW to get fixed.  =)
